How it works

The call you missed, booked anyway.

Five services, each bought, billed and cancelled on its own. No platform to learn, no software for your team to adopt, no change to how you sell, and no change to your published number.

Missed-Call Recovery

Your published number does not change — you forward it on no-answer, and a call you did not pick up gets the caller offered a time there and then rather than a voicemail box. Today, tomorrow, or a date they choose. You are rung and emailed the moment they take one, so the job is on your list before they have put the phone down. Calls you do answer are never touched.

Includes 100 missed calls a month. Text Back is an add-on that starts once the carriers clear your registration.

Website

A site built around your phone number, hosted, and kept current as your hours and services change. You give us the spec when you sign up. It goes up first on a private preview address that search engines are told to ignore, you get unlimited rounds of changes before anyone else sees it, and it goes live on your own domain when you say so and not before. If you ever leave, you take the site with you.

You approve it on a private preview address before anybody else can see it, and it goes live on your own domain when you say so.

Listings & AI search

Your name, address and phone made identical everywhere they appear, your listings claimed and verified, and the business made readable to the AI assistants people now ask instead of searching. Some of this is slow and none of that is our doing: a few directories still verify by post, and Google wants a short video filmed at your premises. You are told which are still outstanding every month.

No agency controls what Google or an assistant says about a business, so we do not promise a ranking.

Reviews

For a business with no Google, Facebook or Yelp profile at all. We create all three in your name, on your own account, and fill them in properly. Then we watch them, tell you the same day something arrives, and write and post a polite, professional reply from your own profile. Anything below four stars reaches you before a word goes out. If you already have profiles, this is not your product.

Everything is built in your name on your own account, and you can remove our access in two taps.

Recovery Sprint

One 45-day email campaign against a list you already own — old quotes, past customers, the enquiries that went quiet. It is a project, not a subscription, and it does not renew. We go through the list with you before anything is agreed, which is where it gets sized and priced. It sends from your own domain, so the replies go straight to you and we are never copied on them.

Needs a domain you own — a business running on a Gmail address cannot be set up at all.

Lease maturity, worked by emailEmail thread
Illustrative example. Every template is approved by you before it sends, and every message identifies the business it is sent for.

This one is the Recovery Sprint side — a contact from an aged list, worked by email. Not a template with a name merged in: each message is written from that contact's own record, what they asked about, what you quoted, and how long it has been since anyone followed up.

Channels

What we actually run for you

A deliberately short list. Everything here is live today — we would rather show you four things that work than ten that are coming soon.

Missed-call rescue

When a call to your line goes unanswered, the caller is offered a time there and then — today, tomorrow, or a date they choose — instead of being asked to leave a message and hope. You are rung and emailed the moment they pick one. If your phone goes unanswered too, the same details are on your voicemail and in your inbox.

Email revival

Multi-touch sequences written for each contact from their history with you — what they enquired about, what you quoted, how long it has been.

Opt-out handling

One unsubscribe suppresses a contact permanently across every campaign we run for you. Enforced automatically, not left to a campaign manager to remember.

Reporting

A monthly report of what was worked, what came back, and what it produced — including the months where the answer is 'not much'.

Guardrails

The part nobody else puts on their website

Aggressive automation can torch a database permanently. These constraints are built into the system, not left to a campaign manager to remember.

Instant opt-out handling

One unsubscribe suppresses that contact permanently across every campaign we run for you. It is enforced by the system, not by someone remembering.

Your suppression list is honoured

Anyone you tell us not to contact is excluded before a campaign starts, and stays excluded.

Deliberately slow cadence

This is follow-up, not a blast. Messages are spaced over weeks, and a contact who does not respond drops out rather than being chased indefinitely.

Sent as you, honestly

Every message identifies the business it is sent on behalf of. We do not disguise the sender or imply a relationship that is not there.

Full message log

Every message and every reply is recorded and exportable. You can audit exactly what was said to whom, and when.

Voicemails deleted after 30 days

If a caller leaves a voicemail, it is automatically deleted after 30 days. We never record live conversations, and we keep no archive of customer audio.

We enforce everything described here. What we do not do is claim to solve compliance for you: email to your own prior contacts is governed by CAN-SPAM, and whether your particular list clears that bar depends on how it was gathered. We are not your legal counsel — if your list was bought or scraped rather than earned, talk to your attorney before we start.

Timeline — Missed-Call Recovery

Catching calls from day one

Day 0

You sign the agreement

It asks for your legal business name and EIN, because the carriers register your number against them.

Day 0

A number is assigned

From the pool in your own area code. Your published number does not change — this is the one you forward to.

Day 1

You set the forwarding

We email you the three codes. You dial them into the handset; it takes about a minute and needs no engineer.

Day 1

Calls and email are live

Working from the first day — but held. Nothing reaches a customer until a person takes the account off hold.

Day 10–15

Text Back clears, if you bought it

Carrier registration is a 10–15 day review and the timing is theirs, not ours. Calls and email are unaffected and keep working throughout.

Ongoing

Monthly reporting

Calls caught, times offered, what they turned into — including the months where the answer is 'not much'.
